ENTERPRISE SALES MANAGER: This position is responsible for managing and driving sales opportunities to achieve Ntegrated revenue objectives. Through their expertise in consultative selling, the primary focus and responsibility of the Enterprise Sales Consultant will be to generate leads, engage in the selling process and close the sale. Ideal candidates will have a strong technical aptitude and understanding of how technology is used to meet business objectives. Previous experience developing a pipeline, establishing business relationships and closing viable opportunities is required.
General Accountabilities:
1. Generates and cultivates leads in a designated region. 2. Responsible for initiating sales process, making sales presentation to prospects and winning business. 3. Responsible for meeting and/or exceeding goals generated by management. 4. Sells consultatively and makes recommendations regarding Ntegrated solutions to prospects and clients. 4. Maintains complete and accurate records of all prospecting activity/sales activity. 5. Work cross-functionally with Solution Design Engineers to develop, execute and deliver leading edge solutions. 6. Maintains success metric data: i.e. overall close rate (# of sales, # of leads 7. Ability to travel frequently within region

Additional Information/Benefits Qualifications:
1. College degree or equivalent in relevant business experience. 2. Minimum 5+ years enterprise sales experience. 3. Excellent presentation and relationship building skills. 4. Technical aptitude and working knowledge of local, data and voice products (LAN/WAN, IP Communications, telecom). 5. Proven track record for delivering excellent service to sales entities and / or clients. 6. Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline and moving opportunities through the sales cycle. Must have experience managing a complex solution sale with a 2 to 4 month purchasing cycle.
